Birth Doula Package
Includes:
-Two in person prenatal visits to go over birth preferences, comfort measures, breathing techniques for labor/pushing, lactation and feeding, postpartum preparation, and any other questions
-full access phone and text support
-on call starting at 37 weeks
-In person labor & birth support including emotional and physical comfort measures, Spinning Babies position changes to aid in progression of labor, advocacy for your birth plan
-One 2 hour in person postpartum visit 1-2 weeks after birth including going over birth story, lactation support, newborn care support, and connection to local/online resources as applicable
$1600 (additional visits/changes to package can be discussed)
I provide in person postpartum doula support in the first 16 weeks after your baby is born.
Daytime Postpartum Services:
- emotional support and discussion of birth story to process the transition of having a new baby and minimizing isolation and anxiety
- Assist with maternal postpartum care including sitz baths, foot soaks, and belly binding
- newborn care including breast and bottle feeding support, burping, soothing, breast milk storing, diaper changing, and safe sleep monitoring
- meal prep for nourishing postpartum meals and snacks
- household chores including light tidying and organizing, laundry, dishes, bottle/pump cleaning and sterilizing
- connection to local and online resources as applicable
$45/hour
I have a 3 hour minimum per daytime visit. We can discuss a custom plan to determine how many hours/visits work for you.

Insurance Clients
Standard insurance coverage:
- 1 initial prenatal visit (90 minutes)
- 8 additional visits that can be a mix of prenatal and postpartum
- Attending labor and birth
- 2 extended postpartum visits (coverage for up to 3 hour visit)
- Medi-cal clients only may be eligible for up to 9 additional postpartum visits
