Your Empowered Birth is our signature immersive birth preparation course, thoughtfully curated to equip you with the knowledge, tools and confidence to navigate birth feeling informed, grounded and empowered. This course offers what many hospital-based classes promise but often fall short on: comprehensive education, emotional preparedness and real-world support.

​Whether you’re planning an unmedicated home birth, birthing at a birth center, or preparing for a hospital birth with or without medication, this class is designed for you. We’ve supported families from first-time parents to those welcoming their fifth baby, creating a warm, welcoming space to explore the raw, real and transformative nature of birth. Families leave this course feeling calm, confident and prepared, supported within a like-minded community that values informed choice and intuitive birth.

​This course is offered as a two day in-person group class, a private in-home personalized session, or a private virtual class. You may take this course at any point in pregnancy, though many families find the second trimester ideal, allowing time to integrate what you learn and continue preparing with confidence.
