I am Hadley, a birth and postpartum doula serving San Diego and Southern Orange Counties. I come from a background of education and advocacy and feel so honored to now use these skills in the birth work space.
I hope to be a nonjudgmental support, safe space, and resource for families navigating pregnancy, birth, and postpartum seasons. I am passionate about meeting individuals and families where they are at and providing equitable advocacy and care to families of all identities and backgrounds.
You deserve all the support during prenatal, birth, and postpartum seasons! I highly encourage clients to add birth and postpartum doula services to your registry by creating a “cash fund” or “doula fund.”

Doulas serve as a resource, comforting support, and advocate for birthing people and families. We do not make decisions or perform any medical tasks for families, but rather provide evidence-based education to help families make informed decisions. We offer emotional and physical support and care during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum seasons and empower you to trust your body and decision making. We help soften transitions and provide peace of mind knowing you and your little one are cared for.
